Team/Product:

You will be an integral member of a cross-functional team that works with cutting-edge products such as ERP and POS (point of sale) systems. The team consists of more than 55 professionals, including product managers, systems analysts, programmers. The ERP team works with the following systems: MS Dynamics Business Central and LS Central.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in MS Dynamics NAV/BC implementation projects, as well as system consulting and development work in level III service.
  • Understand client needs, perform business process analysis and design system solutions.
  • Consult clients on how to optimize business processes, propose additional solutions.
  • Testing project and development work.
  • Training client employees in using the business management system.
  • Share experience and knowledge with colleagues.
  • You will deepen your knowledge of retail processes and their optimization.

We expect the candidate to have:

  • 3+ years of experience working with MS Dynamics NAV/Business Central, LS Central – an advantage.
  • Purchases, sales, process management and development, knowledge related to e-websites and other integrations.
  • Ability to clearly and concisely express complex information, presentations to clients.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Power Platform solutions and developing Power Apps in the ERP systems ecosystem – an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in speaking/writing in Lithuanian and English.
  • Attention to detail.
