Job title - Applied Behavior Analysis Therapist.
This offer involves working in individual sessions with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities using ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy under the supervision of a program director.

Requirements:

• Education - psychology, pedagogy, social or rehabilitation field or a final year student in these fields;
• Permanence - we are looking for a candidate who is committed to long-term employment, willing to learn and continue to work in the field of applied behavior analysis;
• Flexibility - quick orientation and flexibility in various situations, solving emerging challenges.
• Creativity - natural skills to involve and interest children, solve situations creatively and broadly;
• Responsibility;
• Good knowledge of the Lithuanian language, professional and correct communication;
• Mobility - we work in the child's natural environment, we visit clients, therefore a driver's license and own car are required.
