We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to strengthen our People & Culture team. In this role, you’ll drive end-to-end recruitment for front-line roles in Lithuania and office-based positions across the Baltics. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and colleagues across the organization to ensure efficient hiring, strong candidate experience, and continuous improvement of our recruitment practices.

Requirements
- A genuine interest in recruitment, people, and hiring processes, with a proactive and hands-on attitude
- Curiosity and willingness to learn best recruitment practices and continuously improve your skills
- Ability to communicate with confidence, clarity, and warmth when working with candidates and hiring managers
- Ability to handle multiple recruitments while keeping the experience human and well-structured
- Experience using job boards, social media, or networking for sourcing is an advantage, but not a must
- Confidence working with ATS and other recruitment tools; experience with Teamdash is a plus, and curiosity about smarter tools and solutions is valued
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken
