Vilnius - UAB „MAXIMA International Sourcing“

You will be responsible for:

  • managing the full recruitment cycle – from defining hiring needs to candidate onboarding;
  • actively searching for talents and developing as well as testing new candidate attraction methods;
  • closely cooperating with managers to help identify the most suitable candidates for their teams;
  • creating a positive and smooth candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process;
  • improving and optimizing recruitment processes, as well as initiating new solutions;
  • contributing to various HR projects (onboarding, process improvements, and initiative implementation).

We value your:

  • experience in recruitment and talent acquisition;
  • higher education degree in (HR, management, psychology, or related field – considered an advantage);
  • empathy, the ability to understand people, and genuine care for their experience;
  • good command of English;
  • ability to independently manage several recruitment processes simultaneously;
  • strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and communication skills;
  • proficiency in MS Office skills.
