Job description

What can you expect your day to look like?

Own the full – cycle recruitment process for the roles within the Girteka.
Proactively source and attract different area specialists through various channels and platforms.
Guide and support hiring managers and P&C partners to understand the market trends and best practices to hiring needs.
Participate in internally or externally events, serve as a brand ambassador and take initiative to suggest new ways of attraction or talent acquisition improvements.
Manage hiring process through an ATS system to ensure quality data tracking for TA efficiency.

What do we expect from you?

Proven experience in the Talent Acquisition or similar HR roles, with hands – on experience in end – to – end recruitment.
Strong background in attraction, sourcing and selection of various scope of positions.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with professional proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
Understanding of hiring methodologies and evaluation, with a focus on junior to mid-level roles.
Familiarity with any kind of ATS would be an advantage.
Adaptability, flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced working environment.
People-centric approach, collaborative mindset, strong empathy and active listening skills.

Base monthly salary: from €2330 to €2910 (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
