We are looking for an experienced recruiter who loves people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to be involved beyond recruitment. If you are curious, proactive, and enjoy contributing to multiple aspects of people operations, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple roles across various functions locally and cross-border on Baltics level, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Support the employee journey from entry to exit by contributing to onboarding and offboarding activities.
  • Build strong, friendly relationships with candidates and hiring managers, keeping communication clear and open.
  • Contribute to talent, culture, and employer branding initiatives together with the Baltic team (e.g. improving candidate experience, supporting hiring campaigns, strengthening our employer presence).
  • Assist with HR and operational activities as needed, contributing to the smooth running of the team.


Requirements:

  • Experienced recruiter with a genuine passion for people and talent.
  • Curious and proactive, eager to contribute beyond traditional recruitment.
  • Team-oriented, yet confident working independently.
  • Excellent communicator in English, both written and spoken.
  • Adaptable, fast learner, and open to feedback.

Salary: 2900-3300 €/mon. gross
