As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will contribute to one of the Bank's most important processes - recruitment. Your work will influence who joins our culture, how they become engaged, and what impression they have of us from their very first interaction.

Every day, you will be #closer and:

• Take ownership of the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring effective job ad management, candidate pipeline management and interview coordination;
• Perform initial candidate screening to select the most suitable candidates;
• Provide support during recruitment interviews when needed, advising hiring managers and contributing professional expertise to hiring decisions;
• Partner with hiring managers throughout the Customer Support recruitment process, advising them on best practices and ensuring a smooth, structured and consistent recruitment experience;
• Participate in cross-functional and ad-hoc recruitment projects.

To be #closer, you will need:

• At least 1 year of experience in employee sourcing and recruitment;
• Good Applicant Tracking System management skills. Experience with Teamtailor is an advantage;
• Excellent spoken and written Lithuanian and very good English language skills;
• Experience using recruitment channels such as LinkedIn and job advertising platforms;
• A strong focus on internal customer needs and the ability to create a great experience for managers and candidates;
• A positive attitude, attention to details, curiosity and intrinsic motivation to learn and create value for people.

• Competitive compensation. The exact salary will depend on your experience and competencies, so we provide a range of EUR 2080.00 – 3120.00 gross per month.
