About us



Women Go Tech started as the first mentorship program in Lithuania designed for female talent to requalify and discover careers in the tech world. However, working for the 7th year in the field, we have more programs, training, and projects to offer. We stand for equal opportunities, diversity and inclusion, and talent empowerment to succeed in the world of technology. The next step for the Women Go Tech team is to apply the lessons learned locally to have a global impact. As a result, by 2024, Women Go Tech aims to support 25,000 women in requalifying for careers in technology. About the role
