What will your working day look like?
👉 You will ensure that the teams are filled with candidates who match your values, who are able to do the job properly and learn new things quickly;
👉 You will actively contribute to creating an employer image that reflects the company and its direction, attracting employees who feel great in their teams;
👉 You will analyze search indicators, constantly improve the selection process;
👉 You will implement various projects together with the team;
👉 You will be responsible for the smooth introduction of administrative employees from their first day joining the team;
👉 You will be responsible for the development of administration in external and internal training.

✅ You have at least 2 years of experience in the field of selection. Work experience in a recruitment agency is an advantage;
✅ You believe that the job posting and the selection interview are the candidate's first experience - and you want to make it great;
✅ You have strong candidate search and attraction skills;
✅ You are responsible, meticulous, proactive and always delve into the situation;
✅ You are able to work with different selections and candidates of different profiles;
✅ You speak and write English well.
