We are looking for a Talent Experience Specialist who will contribute to strengthening the employer image, improving the experience of candidates and employees, developing and nurturing the culture of the organization. In this role, you will be responsible for initiatives that help attract talent and create an exceptional experience throughout the employee journey.
We are looking for a Talent Experience Specialist who will contribute to strengthening the employer image, improving the experience of candidates and employees, developing and nurturing the culture of the organization. Main responsibilities:
- Implementation of the employer image strategy and strengthening the attractive employer position in the market.
- Planning, coordination and implementation of events aimed at improving the employer image, development of related partnerships.
- Development of talent attraction channels: search for new channels, assessment of effectiveness and creation and maintenance of relationships with external partners.
- Improving the candidate experience - improvement of the selection process, communication and candidate journey.
- Development of employee induction and exit processes, feedback analysis and continuous process improvement.
- Planning and implementation of employee events and engagement initiatives.
- Development and implementation of communication strategy to improve the experience of employees and candidates.
- Coordination of talent development initiatives, development of cooperation with training and education institutions and other partners.
- Coordination of other HR initiatives and projects, ensuring their smooth implementation.
What do we expect from you:
- At least 2 years of experience in the field of employer brand, talent acquisition or personnel projects.
- Excellent communication skills in both Lithuanian and English.
- Ability to engage people, build relationships and create a culture of open communication.
- Initiative, creative approach, and the ability to generate new ideas.
- Ability to independently manage projects from idea to implementation.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Solution-oriented and result-oriented.
- Ability to work with data, analyze the effectiveness of initiatives and provide insights.
