Main responsibilities:
- Administration of the employee search and selection process.
- Creation and publication of job advertisements in various selected channels.
- Participation in interviews and presentation of candidates to managers.
- Development and implementation of the employer image strategy in both internal and external communication
- Coordination of HR projects that contribute to employee attraction, retention, development of corporate culture and strengthening of the employer image.
- Organization of internal communication initiatives and employee engagement projects.
Requirements:
- Higher education.
- At least 2 years of similar work experience.
- Knowledge of labor market trends and the ability to apply them to successfully attract talent.
- Excellent cooperation skills when working with managers and stakeholders at different levels.
- Good knowledge of English.
- Experience in independent work planning and organization.
- Ability to manage complex processes and projects.
- Creativity, initiative, ability to work independently
