Your responsibilities:
What do we expect from you?
We will consider it an advantage if you have encountered foreign employment, migration procedures or work in a production organization.
What do we offer?
- Employee selection: you will organize and conduct administrative and production employee selections - from identifying needs, searching for candidates and interviews to submitting a job offer.
- Attracting foreign employees: you will coordinate the search, selection, arrival and employment processes of employees from abroad, cooperate with employment agencies and other partners.
- Smooth employee integration: you will ensure that colleagues from abroad successfully integrate into the organization, understand the work procedure and have all the necessary information.
- Daily communication with foreign employees: you will consult them on employment relations, documents, life in Lithuania and other issues arising during work, help resolve non-standard situations.
- Process coordination: you will cooperate with managers, HR team and external partners, ensuring smooth information transfer and preparation of necessary documents.
- Process improvement: you will look for ways to make employee selection, attraction and integration processes simpler, more efficient and more convenient.
What do we expect from you?
- You have experience in employee selection, HR management or foreign employee recruitment.
- You are able to independently plan work, manage several processes simultaneously and adhere to agreements.
- You are communicative, empathetic, able to listen and find solutions in various situations.
- You speak English and Russian to be able to communicate smoothly with foreign employees and partners.
- You are proactive, responsible, result-oriented and are not afraid of a dynamic work environment.
- You are able to work both independently and in a team, maintain constructive relationships with colleagues from different fields.
