Nature of work:
- Organizing and conducting administrative staff selections from need identification to signing of an employment contract;
- Continuous formation of a candidate pipeline and growing a database in the Lithuanian and Polish markets;
- Active search for candidates using LinkedIn, CVbank and other search channels;
- Working with candidate management systems and information administration;
- Close cooperation with managers in order to accurately understand the positions sought and the needs of the team;
- Consulting managers on selection issues, helping them better understand the candidate market and effectively participate in interviews;
- Creating a positive candidate experience throughout the selection process;
- Contributing to internal HR initiatives and team events;
- Assisting in introducing candidates on their first days of work.
Requirements:
- Higher education;
- At least 3 years of experience in the field of employee selection and talent acquisition;
- Experience in the selection of middle managers and specialists in different fields;
- Ability to quickly delve into different positions, business processes and team specifics;
- Ability to critically evaluate information, to have reasoned discussions;
- Flexibility and ability to quickly adapt when the need for selection or search direction changes;
- Responsibility for the selection result and the ability to independently manage your own pipeline;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
- Experience working with LinkedIn, CVbank or similar candidate search channels;
- Experience working with ATS systems and candidate databases;
- Good knowledge of English (verbal) - an advantage;
- Experience using DiSC and Tripod personality tests - an advantage;
- Completed study program in the field of communication, personnel, management - an advantage.
