you have a higher education;
have at least 3 years of practical work experience at the strategic level of employee search/selection/attraction;
have experience in developing and implementing a long-term employee attraction and retention strategy;
have experience in team development;
are familiar with labor market trends and are able to apply them to successfully align the talent attraction strategy;
have excellent cooperation skills when working with managers at different levels and stakeholders;
have experience in monitoring indicators, analyzing them, presenting conclusions and decisions based on data;
have good knowledge of English;
are able to independently plan and organize work, manage complex processes and projects.

You will develop, implement and monitor the recruitment and retention strategy of employees;
You will improve and adapt the organization's selection process to the changing needs of the company and labor market trends;
You will develop long-term partnerships with higher education and vocational training institutions both in Lithuania and abroad;
You will develop and implement a system for attracting young talents and a talent reserve;
You will develop a selection team;
You will act as a strategic partner for managers at all levels.
