Talent Attraction Specialist

YOUR ROLE
The most important thing in this position is active search, direct work with candidates and the ability to attract the strongest market specialists to construction projects in a leading real estate development company.
We are looking for a selection professional who does not wait for candidates, but proactively finds them.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Active talent search ("headhunting")
  • Identify and "hunt" candidates in the market (project managers, project construction managers, project engineers, etc.).
  • Directly contact candidates (LinkedIn, recommendations, databases, etc.) working with both active and passive candidates who are not looking for a job
  • Develop and test various methods of attracting candidates
Develop and maintain talent pipeline
  • Form and constantly replenish the candidate base
  • Create a long-term flow of candidates for critical positions
  • Maintain contacts with the strongest specialists
Selection implementation and assessment
  • Clarify the role needs, the profile of a suitable candidate and clear selection criteria together with managers
  • Comprehensively assess the suitability of candidates for the position according to clear criteria of work experience, skills and personal qualities
  • Ensure an efficient and fast selection process
Recruitment and adaptation
  • Prepare employment documents
  • Ensure a smooth employee introduction and adaptation

Employee requirements

Experience and skills
  • At least 3 years of experience in selection or active candidate search
  • Experience working with technical or construction positions is a great advantage
  • Ability to assess candidate suitability and select talents
Operational competencies
  • Ability to actively search for candidates and interest passive professional candidates
  • Ability to work quickly and in a structured manner
Attitude and motivation
  • Result orientation - ability to close positions
  • Internal motivation to search until you find
  • Willingness to test new search methods and constantly improve
