Your future activities:
- You will be responsible for the talent attraction and selection cycle for administrative positions — from clarifying the need together with managers to selecting the candidate, collecting documents and smoothly transferring information to responsible persons.
- You will proactively search for talents through various channels (LinkedIn, job portals, recommendations, partners), ensuring a high-quality flow of candidates.
- You will contribute to the implementation of selection systems, standardization and modernization of processes — your ideas will help create a more efficient and advanced talent attraction environment.
- You will actively participate in strengthening the employer's image and talent attraction initiatives, contributing to the visibility of the organization.
- You will analyze selection data, identify improvement opportunities and provide solutions that will help work faster and with higher quality.
