JOB DESCRIPTION

Development and implementation of talent management processes across the TMV Capital group of companies, which includes more than 15 companies in the manufacturing, logistics, IT and investment sectors.
Development and implementation of talent management procedures and systems, ensuring effective and sustainable employee development, engagement and retention.
Leading the talent management team and collaborating with the group's managers and HR teams.
Strengthening organizational culture and implementing group values in all subsidiaries.
Development, implementation and development of Compensation & Benefits systems across the group.
Maintenance, development and standards maintenance of the HRIS system in all subsidiaries of the group, ensuring data quality, process integrity and effective use of the system.
Ensuring monitoring of HRIS data, reports and processes and continuous improvement of the system according to the needs of the group.
Standardization and implementation of remuneration policies, employee benefits and related processes in subsidiaries.
Development, implementation and evaluation of training, education and leadership development programs.
Continuous improvement of internal HR processes and practices in order to ensure effective employee management and a competitive work environment.

WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO BE SUCCESSFUL (-A)

At least 5 years of experience in personnel operations, compensation and benefits or general HR.
Experience in implementing, administering and developing HRIS systems in several companies or organizational units.
Experience in developing and maintaining uniform standards for HR processes and systems in subsidiaries.
Experience in developing or implementing Compensation & Benefits systems.
Good knowledge of employee engagement, organizational culture, compensation policy and employee benefits management.
Ability to work with HR metrics, data and analytics, making fact-based decisions.
Strong leadership, negotiation, project management and communication skills.
