Important! Start date - June 15. The department works 24/7. The schedule is flexible and is prepared taking into account business needs. This position has evening and about 2 night shifts per month, work also takes place on weekends. We invite you to assess whether such a work schedule meets your expectations and capabilities.
- You will work in writing (electronic inquiries ~ 50%) and orally (by phone ~ 50%) in Lithuanian and English. You will help customers find solutions in various situations related to orders, service quality and payments and create a smooth, positive customer experience.

You will do well in this position if you:
- You have good English skills (at least B2 level);
- You use Lithuanian without errors in writing and speaking;
- You are empathetic, positive, have good communication and listening skills;
- You are able to quickly absorb information, adapt and respond to changes;
- You care about a good customer experience because you believe that they deserve more than just help.

€1200-1236 + average €180 monthly performance bonus (calculated when working full-time and only on day shifts, excluding taxes). When working on night shifts, remuneration is paid at a higher rate in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
