We are not looking for an employee, but someone who will grow our indoor air freshener service to a market leader position with us. If your ambitions do not fit into the “8 a.m. to 5 p.m.” framework and you dream of your own business, this position is for you.
💼 Your daily routine and responsibilities:
Business development and sales: active search for new customers (B2B), negotiations and building long-term relationships.
Hands-on approach: not only selling, but also physically going to the customer, choosing the most suitable location for the equipment and installing/preparing it for operation.
Strategic growth: taking care of increasing the service turnover, analysis and searching for new market opportunities.
Communication: creating presentations of the service value, communicating with suppliers and making sure that customers know that we are the best in the market.
Project leadership: leading this service forward, optimizing processes and ensuring the highest quality of service.

Have successful experience in B2B sales (experience with fragrance systems or hygiene products is a big advantage).
Are technically savvy – it is easy for you to hold a screwdriver in your hands and understand how diffusion systems work.
Have an “entrepreneurial mindset” – you see not only the process, but also the final result (profitability).
Have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Have a driver's license (a car will be your main work tool).
