Head of International Recruitment Team

Your responsibilities

• Lead the selection team, ensuring efficient work, process quality and achievement of set goals.
• Coordinate cooperation with selection agencies, state institutions (Migration Department, Employment Service, ministries, etc.), and different departments within the company.
• Develop team members, share best practices and promote professional growth.
• Monitor, analyze and evaluate the results of selection activities, prepare reports and initiate process improvement solutions.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the selection process.
• Contribute to the implementation of the selection strategy and the search for effective employee recruitment solutions.

Our expectations

• Experience in conducting selections of third-country nationals (non-EU citizens).
• Experience in transport, logistics, manufacturing or other large-scale selections would be considered a great advantage.
• Experience in leading a selection team or coordinating large-scale selection projects.
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
• Strong analytical skills, ability to set priorities and make data-based decisions.
• Good oral and written knowledge of English and Russian.
• Responsibility, initiative, flexibility and the ability to successfully operate in a dynamic international environment.

• Monthly salary (gross): From €2,930 to €4,000. The specific salary is offered taking into account work experience, competence and compliance with other requirements of the position.
