Our client is a large, reliable, long-established and profitable group of international companies operating in the field of information technology development and providing these services to business clients in Lithuania and abroad.
Nature of work
Organization of the work of the legal department of the group of companies, distribution of tasks to subordinate employees and control of their implementation;
Preparation and coordination of operating contracts, internal documents (regulations, rules, procedures, etc.), consultation of employees;
Control of the work of external consultants, lawyers, advocates hired by the group of companies, assessment of legal risks of companies;
Representation of the interests of the group of companies in state institutions and in communication with third parties;
Consulting of company managers and employees on legal issues, informing them about the emergence of new legal acts or changes in existing ones.

Employee requirements
At least 5 years of experience as a lawyer in an international group of companies or a large international company, experience in legal work in an IT company is an advantage;
Higher university legal education;
Good command of Russian and English (used at work every day);
Knowledge of the laws and other legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania, the ability to properly interpret and apply them in practice;
Good knowledge of commercial law.
