International Payroll Compliance Manager

As the organization grows and expands its operations in international markets, we are looking for an International Wage Compliance Manager to help ensure that posted workers' wages comply with the laws of the host countries.

At RNDV Group, we implement electrical installation projects on land, on ships and in the field of renewable energy, we install smart conveyor storage and distribution systems in different European countries, therefore wage compliance and the ability to properly adapt to local requirements are an important part of our activities. • Higher education, preferably in finance
• At least 3-5 years of experience working in an international environment with payroll processes in several foreign countries, preferably in Belgium, Finland, Sweden, Norway or any other EU country
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Willingness to delve into the requirements of the legislation and tax system applied in other countries
• Analytical thinking and the ability to present summarized and systematized information
• Ability to independently plan work and set priorities
