Head of an international network of educational institutions

We are a growing international network of private educational institutions operating in Lithuania, Poland, France and Ukraine. Our schools and educational centers bring together multicultural communities and expand into new markets every year.

We are looking for a manager who would take over the strategic management of the entire network.

We will entrust you with:

1.Formulation and implementation of the network strategy in four countries;
2.Assembling, developing and managing the performance of the institution management team;
3.Preparation of the network budget and ensuring financial indicators and profitability;
4.Implementation of common standards of educational quality and internal processes in all institutions;
5.Ensuring compliance with the requirements of education, labor and corporate law of each country;
6.Establishment and expansion of new institutions into new markets;
7.Management of student attraction (marketing and admission) results;
8. Representation of the network in relations with educational institutions, partners and investors;
9. Regular reporting to the holding board.

1. At least 2 years of managerial experience (at the organizational, network or multi-departmental level);
2. Experience in budget management and responsibility for the organization's financial results;
3. Ability to work in an international, multicultural and multilingual environment;
4. Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English;
5. Higher university education (management, business administration, education or a related field);
6. Strategic thinking combined with the ability to solve everyday issues;
7. Preparation for regular business trips.

1. Ukrainian, Polish or French;
2. Experience in the education, training institutions or EdTech sector;
3. Experience in establishing or integrating new units abroad;
