Do you enjoy international sales, negotiations and building long-term business relationships?

At Brand Club, we work with the wholesale trade of authentic fashion goods in international markets and sell hundreds of thousands of units of production every year.

We cooperate with brands, distributors, wholesalers and retail partners in Europe and beyond, giving fashion a meaningful second life through professionally organized off-price distribution.

We are currently expanding our sales team and are looking for an ambitious and result-oriented International B2B Sales Manager who would develop assigned markets and build long-term partnerships.

🚀 Your Responsibilities

The main goal is to find the right products for the right customers.

Your daily activities:

• Development and expansion of assigned international markets
• Building relationships with wholesalers, distributors and retail buyers
• Analysis of customer needs and offering suitable products
• Presentation of product offers and conducting negotiations
• Cooperation with purchasing, operations and logistics teams
• Participation in international exhibitions and business events
• Active management of customer portfolio and sales pipeline

You will work in a structured team led by the Commercial Director, with clear KPIs, support system and growth opportunities.

We expect you to have:

• Experience in B2B sales, distribution, wholesale or international trade
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Commercial thinking and ability to understand customer needs
• Good work organization and customer management skills
• Proactive, result-oriented approach

Languages required:

• English
• Lithuanian

Additional languages would be a great advantage.

Experience in fashion wholesale, FMCG, distribution or international trade is an advantage, but not necessary.

💰 Salary

We value results and initiative.

• €2,500 – €4,000 gross base salary
• Bonuses directly dependent on sales results
• Bonus system activated after covering labor costs
