International Sales Team Leader

NATURE OF WORK

  • Develop and implement sales strategy for assigned regions (MENA and Africa).
  • Supervise and coordinate sales team in individual regions.
  • Maintain existing relationships with customers, constantly seek new companies, products and opportunities for sales development.
  • Ensure good customer service culture and professionalism.
  • Develop long-term international development vision and sales strategy.
  • Continuously be interested in the competitive environment and provide the latest information to the direct manager.

WHAT IT NEEDS TO BE SUCCESSFUL

  • Higher education (in business management, international trade, economics or similar field).
  • Excellent oral and written English.
  • At least 3 years of experience in international sales or business development.
  • Understanding of MENA and African cultural characteristics, business ethics.
  • Strong negotiation, communication and relationship building skills.
  • Ability to analyze market data, pricing and competition situation.
  • Driver's license.

  • Leadership – ability to motivate, delegate, solve situations.
  • Flexibility, responsibility, positivity, initiative, quick orientation.
  • Experience in leading a team in an international environment (advantage).
