Nature of work
We are a growing international restaurant reservation platform. Our solution helps restaurants from Dubai to Mallorca and Lithuania get rid of paper books, automate processes and fill rooms. We solve a real business problem, and our customers are restaurant owners and managers. We are expanding globally, so we are looking for an ambitious Sales Manager (Sales & Growth Hunter).

What we offer:
- “No” is just the beginning for you. You feel comfortable making cold calls, sending targeted emails and searching for decision-makers on LinkedIn or Instagram.
- You love the camera. Our main tool in foreign markets is personal video presentations and Loom demos. You know how to ignite a client through the screen.
- You have at least 2 years of successful experience in active B2B or SaaS sales.
- You speak and write fluently in English and Lithuanian. Humor and negotiations in English are not an obstacle for you.
This role is NOT for you if:
- You expect to receive warm inquiries (inbound) or a prepared list of clients.
- You are afraid of the phone, camera or rejection when responding to cold contact.
- You are looking for a quiet job from 8 am to 5 pm with minimal pressure.
- Avoid personal responsibility for your sales numbers (pipeline).
Your responsibilities:
- Independent lead generation in international markets (Google Maps, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Active contact building through cold calls, email sequences (HubSpot sequences) and video demos.
- Full sales cycle management: from the first "hello" to trial management and signed subscription contract.
- Close work with the support team to perfectly understand the client's pain points and turn them into sales arguments.
