Nature of work
You will manage the international moving process from A to Z. You will accept and actively qualify new requests, clarify the scope of the move, route, deadlines, budget and non-standard needs. You will prepare competitive but profitable offers, present them to the client, negotiate the price and conditions and close the deal.
After the order is confirmed, you will independently select the optimal transport, packaging, loading and partner solution, coordinate documents and all project parties, constantly inform the client about the progress and promptly resolve problems. After the project, you will evaluate the result, margin and customer experience to make the next order even better.

Employee requirements
You have at least 2 years of experience in expedition, international transportation, relocation, project logistics or a similar field where decisions had to be made, not just order administration. |
You know how to identify the need, defend the value of the offer, negotiate with customers and suppliers and close the deal. |
You understand that a good offer must not only be attractive to the customer, but also profitable for the company; you know how to assess costs, risks and margins. |
Non-standard cargo, urgent deadline, changed loading address or missing transport are tasks for you to solve, not a reason to stop. |
You are able to plan priorities, communicate clearly and fully take responsibility for your project and promise to the client. |
Languages: You communicate perfectly in Lithuanian and confidently in English, Russian.|

Basic salary — €1,800 net per month (cash). Additionally, a clear, results-based bonus is paid for profitable and high-quality projects. The bonus is separate from the basic salary, and the principles of its calculation will be transparently discussed during the interview.
