Your role in the DPD team:
- You will be responsible for the team's activities and results.
- You will develop team members and help them create an excellent customer experience.
- You will spend part of your working time directly resolving customer inquiries and non-standard situations.
- You will analyze performance results and initiate process improvements.
- You will collaborate with colleagues in Lithuania and abroad.

- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Able to develop and mobilize a team, communicate clearly and make decisions.
- Able to manage complex situations and resolve conflicts constructively.
- Able to analyze reports, identify trends and propose and implement changes.
