Do you enjoy helping people, organizing activities and creating a tidy and cozy environment? KTU Student Accommodation Center is looking for a responsible, proactive and communicative person who is ready to take on the responsibilities of dormitory administration and contribute to the well-being of students and the smooth operation of the dormitory.
In this position, you will work with international students every day, so not only good English is important, but also the desire to communicate and work in a multicultural environment. If you like a dynamic environment, direct communication and organizational work - this position is just for you.

Your mission:
- ensure a smooth process of student accommodation and eviction;
- assist the dormitory manager in organizing and coordinating dormitory activities;
- ensure compliance with the internal rules of procedure in the dormitory;
- advise dormitory residents and provide assistance in solving problems;
- prepare and manage documents related to dormitory activities.
What do we expect from you:
- higher education in public administration, management or similar fields;
- excellent Lithuanian language and good written and spoken English skills (at least B2 level);
- successful work experience in the field of accommodation or administration;
- experience working with diverse audiences, different cultures and the ability to ensure cooperation and smooth communication;
- good computer skills;
- responsibility, sociability, initiative, organization.
It would be great if you also had:
- you have similar work experience;
- you speak other foreign languages.
