About us
We are one of the largest used car sales companies in Lithuania. Every day we help customers find the best car for their needs and take care of all stages of the buying and selling process. As the call flow grows, we are expanding our team and are inviting a new call center specialist to join us.
Nature of work:
- Answer incoming calls: provide information about available cars, financing and purchase conditions.
- Actively call potential customers: clarify their needs, invite them for an inspection or test drive.
- Register site visits and coordinate their schedule with the sales team.
- Administer the CRM system.
- Cooperate with sales managers and help ensure a smooth customer journey from the first call to the sale of the car.
We hope that
- Excellent communication skills in Lithuanian (verbal and written).
- Clear and pleasant voice, ability to work at a fast pace.
- Customer service or call center experience (advantage, but not necessary).
- Responsible approach to work, punctuality, information systems literacy.
