What you'll do

• Manage accurate tax calculations and prepare tax returns, ensuring full tax compliance
• Serve as the primary contact for tax authorities
• Coordinate Transfer Pricing documentation and compliance strategy
• Develop tax efficient strategies
• Drive automation of tax processes
• Assess complex tax issues and align global initiatives with local tax legislation
• Collaborate with the Baltics and Schwarz Group Tax Teams
• Train and advise colleagues on tax matters

About you

• Higher education in finance, tax, accounting, or economics
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience
• SAP knowledge and prior experience as an advantage
• Strong understanding of Lithuanian tax and accounting legislation
• Good command of English (B2 level or higher); German language skills are an advantage
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within local and cross-border/cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and analytical skills

4000-4400 €/mon. gross
