We are looking for an organized and proactive Team Assistant to help the Busy Buddy Agency team with their daily work. In this position, you will contribute to the implementation of client tasks and take care of various internal needs of the company.
Your responsibilities:
This is a versatile position, where one day you can help plan a service for a client, and the next day - take care of an internal team or company issue.
Your responsibilities:
- Assist Account Managers in implementing client tasks: collecting information, searching for service providers, coordinating times and tracking the progress of tasks.
- Communicate with service providers, partners and other contacts.
- Prepare information and other materials necessary for performing client tasks.
- Help coordinate daily team and office issues.
- Implement various requests from the company manager - from information search and organizational tasks to practical daily matters.
- Notice what kind of help the team needs and ensure that tasks are completed on time.
This is a versatile position, where one day you can help plan a service for a client, and the next day - take care of an internal team or company issue.
Employee requirements

- Are organized, responsible and able to plan your work independently.
- Know how to set priorities and take care of several different tasks at the same time.
- Are proactive: notice where help is needed and take action without waiting for constant instructions.
- Have a category B driver's license and a car that you can use for work.
- Are meticulous, attentive to details and keep agreements.
- You speak Lithuanian well; knowledge of English would be an advantage.
- Have experience in customer service or assistance - this would be an advantage, but the most important thing for us is your attitude and willingness to learn.
