Team Lead at a transport company

You will maintain active communication with existing and dedicated customers, ensuring long-term and smooth relationships.
You will analyze the profitability of customers and transport activities, identify opportunities to improve results.
You will coordinate communication between customers, management and the transport team.
You will promptly resolve emerging problems and ensure that decisions are made in a timely manner.
You will work with existing customers and contribute to attracting new customers.
You will contribute to the development of activities, process improvement and the implementation of best practices.
You will participate in forming, strengthening and developing a strong transport team.
You will cooperate with the manager, provide insights into performance results, customers, the team and possible growth directions.
You will be able to cover both strategic and operational issues - from solving daily problems to long-term performance improvement.

At least 2 years of leadership/team coordination experience.
Ability to effectively manage a team, delegate tasks and motivate people.
Ability to quickly and independently solve problems and make decisions.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
Analytical thinking – you understand numbers, know how to analyze profitability and performance results.
Ability to see not only an individual problem, but also the overall business situation.
Initiative and willingness to look for solutions, not reasons why they do not exist.
Good knowledge of English.
Experience in the field of transport/logistics is a great advantage.
