We are looking for a Tech Lead who will help us grow to the next level – from a marketplace platform to a full digital health ecosystem.
Our Tech Stack: PHP 8.2+, Laravel, Symfony, Redis, Docker.

- Hands-on Development – You will spend most of your time developing the most complex business logic and architectural solutions.
- Code Review & Quality – you will conduct code reviews and ensure high code quality standards: clean, testable and secure code.
- Engineering culture – You will be a mentor to the team of programmers and strengthen the engineering culture.
- AI & Innovation – You will directly contribute to the integration of secure LLM solutions into the product.
Employee requirements
- Seniority: 5+ years of experience with PHP / Laravel and strong software development principles
- Security Mindset: Understanding of SQL injection, XSS, CSRF prevention and secure system architecture
- Architectural Depth: Ability to design systems that are not afraid of scale and high loads
- Responsibilities: Ability to take technical responsibility for decisions that directly impact the reliability of the platform and data integrity
- Advantage: Experience in marketplace projects and/or API integrations (payments, EHR, third-party services)
