Responsibilities:
- Administration and coordination of fleet maintenance and repair work
- Management and coordination of insurance claims.
- Participation in the development of fleet maintenance and tire policies.
- Involvement in AndSoft FMS system improvement projects, providing suggestions for enhancements.
- Sourcing and selecting service and repair providers in key strategic regions across Europe.
- Attending meetings with vehicle manufacturers and service providers.
- Performing other ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Work schedule: Shift-based (two shifts: 08:00–17:00 or 11:00–19:00).

Sounds interesting? Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a similar role (preferably in fleet management, transport operations, or vehicle maintenance).
- Higher education in a relevant field (such as logistics, transport, or a related technical discipline).
- Strong written and spoken Lithuanian, English, and Russian skills.
- Proficient computer skills (MS package).
- Flexibility to adapt to standby duties and various responsibilities (office, warehouse, vehicle inspection/checks, transportation).
- B category driver's license (C and E category driving licenses would be an advantage).
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and efficiency in handling work-related challenges.
- Strong communication skills, adaptability to new developments, and a proactive approach to learning.
