We are looking for a team member who will be responsible for order administration, proposal preparation and smooth information management between customers, sales and production.

Nature of work
- Consolidate and administer orders in the ERP system
- Prepare commercial offers based on the information provided
- Check data accuracy (configurations, quantities, deadlines)
- Coordinate information with production and logistics
- Inform customers about the progress of orders
- Ensure a smooth and accurate ordering process
Employee requirements
- Diligence and responsibility for the result
- Logical / technical thinking
- Ability to work with repetitive tasks
- Good English (written and spoken)
- Experience with ERP, logistics or order administration is an advantage
Important before applying:
- Most of the work is related to order entry, verification and process management
- This is not an active sales position
- This role is more focused on accuracy and stable work, rather than a quick career jump into sales
