Key responsibilities
- Develop and deliver well-written, concise documentation, including technical material
- Obtain and verify accuracy of technical details, manage documentation workflows and schedules and proofreads drafts for adherence to established document design and quality standards
- Prepare and revise documents for development and manufacturing operations, develop work instructions, design specifications, user manuals
- Analyse and manage existing and potential technical documentation
- Affiliate and work with product development teams so that documentation is part of the development cycle
- Work in cross-functional teams to support and document process changes
Requirements and expectations
- Background / basic knowledge in Engineering, Physics or related fields
- Experience in process management and development
- Excellent communication and writing skills: must be able to take complex, technical information and translate it clearly for colleagues and customers
- Fluent in verbal and written English
- Attention to detail and obsessive eye for consistency and technical accuracy
- “Can-do” attitude and passion for making things happen
- Critical thinking, ability to solve problems and act with minimal supervision
- Interest in technology, innovations, electronics or other similar fields
- Clean records. The selected candidate will have to obtain permission to work with classified information and will be required to submit a medical certificate form 049a (a medical examination certificate same as the one necessary for a permit to acquire a weapon)
