Technician - Disinfectant (Pest Control)

We are currently looking for a reliable person to join our team in Vilnius, who values responsibility, quality work and respectful communication with customers.

What will you do?
You will supervise the company's regular customers in the city of Vilnius and the region.
You will perform pest control work: extermination and prevention of rodents, insects and other pests.
You will communicate with company representatives and consult them on the best solutions.
You will ensure high quality of services at the facilities.
You will record the work performed and observations.
You will notice additional risks and offer solutions to customers.

This is a job for someone who likes movement, independence and wants to see the real result of their work.

A technician-disinfector is a specialist who helps people and companies solve pest problems and ensure a safe and hygienic environment. During your work, you will visit clients, carry out preventive and extermination work against rodents, insects and other pests, consult clients and take care of the quality of services at the facilities.

In your daily activities, you will use various professional equipment - sprayers, fog generators, dosing systems and other specialized devices. You will also install and maintain pest control inventory: monitoring and bait stations, mechanical traps, insect traps, bird protection measures and other technical solutions that help ensure long-term protection of facilities from pests.

You are responsible and keep your word.
You are able to communicate with different people and maintain professionalism.
You have a category B driver's license.
You like order and do your job with quality.
You are ready to learn and improve.

Experience in this field is not necessary - we will teach you everything.

1500-2000 €/mon. net
Salary: €1,500–2,000 in cash.

The first 3–6 months (training period): €1,300–1,500 in cash. - This depends on whether you have similar work experience and how quickly you can perform actions independently.
Working independently and taking responsibility for objects: €1,700–1,800 in cash.
Additional sales, additional work and good results allow you to earn €2,000+ in cash.
