We are looking for a responsible, technically minded and proactive team member to join the Courtyard by Marriott Vilnius City Center team.
Main responsibilities:
- Maintenance and ensuring the technical condition of the hotel building and engineering systems.
- Maintenance of heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing and sewage systems and elimination of minor faults.
- Performance of daily repair work: elimination of faults, painting of premises, maintenance and repair of electrical equipment, household and kitchen appliances.
- Ensuring compliance with fire safety, occupational safety and health and building operation requirements.
- Performance of other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Requirements for the candidate:
✔ Technical education or work experience in the field of building maintenance, repair or maintenance of engineering systems.
✔ Experience working with electrical equipment and electrical appliances.
✔ Analytical thinking, responsibility and diligence.
✔ Ability to work independently and in a team.
✔ Willingness to learn, improve and contribute to the smooth operation of the hotel.
