Nature of work

  • Work with the technological development of the Paradox and Spectra Baltic range;
  • Prepare technical solutions for customers;
  • Create and develop a product technological knowledge base;
  • Test new products and systems and provide conclusions and recommendations;
  • Consult customers on technical issues, select equipment according to requirements and offer solutions;
  • Prepare technical materials for the sales team and marketing;
  • Conduct seminars, trainings and presentations for employees and customers;
  • Search for potential customers (leads) and maintain contact with customers during the project;
  • Administer repaired goods and submit reports to the direct manager;
  • If necessary, go to the facility and perform commissioning and adjustment work.

Employee requirements

  • Education in technical engineering, electronics or a related field;
  • Experience working with security, alarm or automation systems is a great advantage;
  • Ability to analyze technical issues and find practical solutions;
  • Communication skills and the ability to clearly convey technical matters to different audiences;
  • Independence, responsibility and result orientation;
  • English (for working with technical documentation);
  • Driver's license (category B) - for site visits.
