You will be responsible for
- Daily maintenance of buildings (minor plumbing, electrical, ventilation troubleshooting, minor repair and carpentry work);
- Fast and efficient response to customer reports related to faults;
- Registration of identified defects;
- Work from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays.
Requirements
- Technical education;
- Several years of work experience in at least one of the following areas: plumbing, electricity, ventilation;
- Willingness to work in building maintenance;
- Responsibility, diligence;
- Category B driver's license;
- VK certificate.
- Ability to read electrical diagrams;
- Good computer literacy.
