Utena Brewery is looking for a new team member in the Technical Department. This is a great opportunity for people with technical skills and motivation to improve in this field. Working in the largest brewery in the Baltic States, belonging to the Carlsberg Group, will provide opportunities and tools to overcome all emerging challenges and, thanks to this, grow as a professional in your field.

What awaits you?

  • Continuous and preventive maintenance and repair of industrial production equipment;
  • Identify faults in the mechanical part of technological equipment and promptly eliminate them;
  • Improvement of equipment and processes. Increasing equipment efficiency, reducing costs and providing other proposals, their implementation;
  • Work in shifts.

What do we expect?

  • Professional, higher or higher education in the field of mechanics (final year student is also possible);
  • Ability to read and understand technical documentation and technical drawings;
  • Basic knowledge of the principles of operation of mechanical drives;
  • Experience in a production environment, performing maintenance or operation of technical equipment is an advantage;
  • Motivation to improve and a desire to learn new things.

Salary includes shift work and other benefits. Additionally, there is an annual bonus.
