Primary responsibilities
As a Hotel Technician, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the daily maintenance of the hotel building, including equipment, tools and all hotel infrastructure.
You will coordinate and perform routine, preventive and emergency maintenance and repair work on the interior and exterior to ensure optimal efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the hotel operations and the implementation and maintenance of guest service and sustainability standards throughout the hotel.

- Minor repairs and housekeeping;
- Maintains and operates equipment to ensure optimal efficiency, effectiveness and safety.
- Inspects and assesses the physical condition of the premises;
- Painting, repairs, renovations, replacement of fixtures and equipment.
- Performs other tasks assigned by the Engineer.

- Experience in technical maintenance is an advantage;
- Good communication skills.
- Commitment to ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Knowledge of English, Russian - an advantage, but not necessary.
