Technician - Operator

Ensure smooth maintenance and service process and high quality of production equipment (IBS ultrasonic, sandblasting equipment and others).
Provide technical proposals for improving procedures.
Collect and update equipment components according to manufacturer's instructions.
Cooperate with other company departments and equipment manufacturers to ensure smooth production chain.
Maintain cleanliness and order in workplaces (both clean rooms and technical area).

Advantage - IBS process management with knowledge of how different parameters affect the process and the ability to optimize layer growth and control equipment using software.

Ensure a safe and orderly process of preparing parts for coating chambers, strictly following instructions.
Ensure stable execution of the IBS process and the quality of coated optical surfaces by starting the IBS process, loading/unloading orders, documenting results and escalating deviations in a timely manner.
Ensure high-quality and timely servicing of IBS equipment.

Technical, mechanical, engineering education that provides a solid foundation for working with equipment and processes.
Excellent knowledge of technical drawings and standards.
Organizational and communication skills.
Excellent performance of tasks requiring diligence and attention to detail.
Experience working in a laboratory environment (advantage).
Good understanding of technical English.

Salary: €1,600–€2,400 gross (final offer will depend on experience and scope of responsibilities).
