What responsibilities will we entrust to:
- organize and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of highly automated furniture production equipment;
- ensure timely diagnosis and elimination of mechanical failures;
- monitor the technical condition, reliability and maintenance activity indicators of the equipment;
- cooperate in carrying out automation maintenance work: from fault diagnostics to equipment start-up, modernization and technical improvements;
- ensure the implementation of preventive maintenance work according to the established schedules;
- identify opportunities to increase equipment reliability, maintenance efficiency and service quality;
- ensure accurate maintenance data accounting;
- lead a team of electricians and mechanics, ensuring their competence development and effective work.
We believe that you:
- you have a degree in automation, electronics, mechatronics or a similar field;
- you have at least 3 years of experience in technical maintenance in a production environment (in the furniture manufacturing industry - an advantage);
- you have experience working with automated production equipment (experience with Homag equipment - an advantage);
- you are familiar with mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems;
- you are able to read technical drawings and work with technical documentation, analyze situations, diagnose faults and make decisions;
- you have experience in managing projects or a technical maintenance team;
- you are fluent in English, both spoken and written;
- you are interested in innovations and strive for improvement;
- you are characterized by a businesslike attitude, creativity and drive.
