NATURE OF WORK
- Organization of the activities of the technical department, work planning and distribution of responsibilities.
- Ensuring the reliability of production equipment, organizing maintenance, troubleshooting and downtime management.
- Analysis of the causes of failures, monitoring of key technical indicators and implementation of preventive actions.
- Management of spare parts, tools, purchases and costs of the technical department.
- Maintenance of technical documentation, equipment register, repair history and mandatory inspection data.
- Coordination of equipment installation, renewal, modernization and efficiency improvement projects.
- Ensuring safe operation of equipment, compliance with LOTO and other employee safety requirements.
- Formation and development of the technical team and preparation of activity reports for management.
WHAT IT NEEDS TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- Technical, engineering or higher education and at least 3 years of experience leading a technical team in the manufacturing sector.
- Good knowledge of mechanical, electrical, automation and production equipment maintenance and experience in planning prevention and managing failures.
- Ability to analytically assess problems, identify their causes and ensure that failures do not recur.
- Experience in managing spare parts, purchases, contractors and technical costs; ability to work with maintenance, ERP, HMI or similar systems.
- Knowledge of occupational safety, LOTO, fire safety and environmental requirements.
- Leadership, organization, responsibility and ability to communicate clearly with the team, production and other departments.
YOU WILL STAND OUT IF YOU HAVE THESE COMPETENCES
- Experience in implementing and administering AllDevice or other maintenance management system.
- Experience in working with automated production lines, PLC, HMI or diagnostic equipment.
- Experience in coordinating equipment commissioning, modernization, migration or performance improvement projects.
- Experience in applying TPM, autonomous maintenance, Lean or continuous improvement principles.
- Experience in developing disaster recovery and business recovery plans.
