A crop farm is looking for a responsible equipment operator - a foreman for agricultural work.

Nature of work
- Plan, organize and coordinate work in the fields.
- Delegate tasks to employees, ensure high-quality work performance according to deadlines.
- Work with agricultural machinery (fertilization, tillage, sowing, spraying, threshing).
- Ensure farm order: monitor the use of machinery, its condition, work safety and efficient use of resources.
- Support work.
Requirements for the candidate:
- TR1, TR2, SZ category tractor driver's license.
- Responsibility, diligence, hard work.
- Experience working with modern agricultural machinery.
- Ability to work with people and solve everyday situations.
- Basic computer literacy.
