We are looking for a Technical Maintenance Engineer to supplement and strengthen our growing team, located in Molėtai, Paluokesos g. 11.
Teltonika's electronics manufacturing departments develop and assemble our devices - from prototypes to large-scale serial production. Using advanced automation and robotics, we turn any complex idea into a fully developed product.

We value everyone's efforts and experience, so we offer an attractive salary that matches your skills and competence. The salary for this position is from 15 Eur/hr. to 18 Eur/hr. (~2520 Eur - ~3024 Eur per month) before tax, depending on your experience and competence.

In this position, you will:
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and troubleshooting of SMT line equipment (NUTEK loaders, FUJI pick&place, AOI, ERSA ovens, etc.), ensuring stable operation of the devices during the shift.
- You will install, start up and adjust new equipment or line modifications, make adjustments and train operators to work safely and efficiently.
- You will carry out repairs of electrical and mechanical parts:
- You will replace sensors, drives, controllers, power supplies;
- You will adjust pneumatic and mechanical assemblies;
- You will work with control systems and signal diagnostics;
- You will record the work performed and write off the materials used in the CMMS system ("Alldevice").
- You will analyze recurring failures, look for the root cause and offer technical solutions that reduce downtime.
- You will consult production employees on equipment operation, parameter setting and safe operation.
- You will cooperate directly with equipment manufacturers' service and suppliers: coordinate the supply of spare parts, technical issues, warranty cases and software updates.
- You will work in 2 shifts: I - 6:30-15:00, II - 15:00-23:30, 5 days a week (free weekends and holidays).
What we expect from you:
- Higher or higher education (in the field of mechanics, electronics or automation).
- Similar work experience (experience in production is an advantage).
- Good computer literacy skills (MS Office).
- English language skills - at least B2 level, understanding of technical English.
- Ability to read electrical and pneumatic diagrams.
- Knowledge of electronic components, their properties and the principles of operation of diagrams.
- Experience working with measuring instruments and mechanical components (oscilloscope, multimeter).
- Ability to work with soldering equipment (soldering iron, hot air station).

Salary:
