Technical Maintenance Engineer | Electronics Manufacturing

We are looking for a Technical Maintenance Engineer to supplement and strengthen our growing team, located in Vilnius, Svylos g. 16.

Our devices are developed and assembled in Teltonika electronics production units - from prototypes to large-scale serial production. Using advanced automation and robotics, we turn any complex idea into a fully developed product.

We create all the necessary conditions for each employee to improve their skills, gain detailed knowledge of the products we manufacture, and grow professionally in every way.

In this position, you will:

• Maintain and repair SMT production equipment.
• Perform equipment prophylaxis, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
• Install, start, and adjust new equipment.
• Repair electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic equipment.
• You will analyze recurring failures and look for their causes.
• You will record the work performed in the technical maintenance system.
• You will consult production employees on equipment usage issues.
• You will cooperate with equipment manufacturers and suppliers.

What we expect from you:

• Technical education in the field of mechanics, electronics or automation.
• Similar work experience; experience in production would be an advantage.
• Ability to read electrical and pneumatic diagrams.
• Knowledge of the basics of electronics and mechanics.
• Ability to use measuring instruments, such as a multimeter.
• Ability to work with soldering equipment.
• Ability to communicate fluently and work in a team.
• Knowledge of English, allowing you to understand technical documentation.
• Basic computer skills.
• Work schedule – 2 shifts: 1st shift – 6:30–15:00 II shift – 15:00–23:30. Work 5 days a week, weekends and holidays – free.

Salary:

We value everyone's efforts and experience, so we offer an attractive salary that matches your skills and competence. The salary for this position is from 13 Eur/hour. up to 17 EUR/hour* (~2184 EUR - ~ 2860 EUR per month) excluding taxes, depending on your experience and competence; with the possibility of receiving bonuses.

• The employment contract specifies a fixed hourly wage excluding taxes.
