Nature of work
- Organize, coordinate and ensure the execution of repair and scheduled maintenance of production equipment (tunnel presses, press containers, etc.).
- Ensure timely troubleshooting, perform fault diagnostics and repair, resolve technical failures.
- Plan maintenance work and ensure their execution according to established schedules.
- Analyze technical failures, initiate preventive measures and provide proposals to increase equipment reliability.
- Lead a mobile repair team, distribute work and coordinate their execution.
- Coordinate and control repair, maintenance, building management and electrical maintenance work performed by external contractors.
- Visit the company's divisions and facilities throughout Lithuania, organize, supervise and, if necessary, perform equipment maintenance and repair work.
Employee requirements
- Higher or higher education in engineering.
- Experience in organizing repair and maintenance of production equipment.
- Good computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word).
- Knowledge of principles of production equipment, building engineering systems and electrical maintenance.
- Ability to plan work, lead a team and coordinate the activities of contractors.
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian, fluent oral and written communication.
- Category B driver's license.
